We typically respond within one business day. For urgent matters on active projects, contact your project manager directly.
When you reach out, we'll ask about your property, your timeline, and what's prompting the renovation. Not to qualify you for sales purposes, but to ensure we're genuinely the right fit.
If we think another firm would serve you better—perhaps specialists in period restoration or firms with different budget ranges—we'll say so and recommend alternatives.
Honest conversations save everyone time and usually lead to better outcomes.
Our initial consultations are complimentary and typically last 60-90 minutes. We'll either visit your property or meet at our studio, depending on what makes sense.
Bring photos, measurements, inspiration images, or nothing at all. Some clients arrive with detailed Pinterest boards; others just know something needs to change but can't articulate what.
Both approaches work. We're good at asking the right questions.
Within a week, you'll receive a follow-up email summarising our discussion, outlining potential approaches, and providing ballpark cost estimates.
If you want to proceed, we'll schedule a detailed site assessment and begin developing proposals. If you need time to think or explore other options, that's completely fine. No pressure, no follow-up sales calls.

Yes. We manage all necessary applications, work with planning consultants when needed, and coordinate with building control for compliance.
Usually, yes. Being upfront about budget helps us design appropriately. We'll tell you honestly if your goals aren't achievable within your budget, rather than compromise on quality.
